The Role
As the Assistant Strata Manager, you will support the Strata Manager with day‑to‑day operations, administrative tasks, and compliance requirements to ensure the smooth running of a diverse portfolio. Responsibilities include :
* Responding to emails and attending phone calls
* Completing daily bank downloads and reconciliations
* Issuing quote requests and work orders
* Managing keys for customers
* Preparing meeting agendas and minutes
* Lodging AFSS and lift registrations under the manager's instruction
* Completing Strata Hub annual reports under supervision
* Issuing levy notices and preparing debt‑collection reports as directed
* Handling printing, envelopes, and posting
* Following up creditors' compliance
What You'll Bring
* Experience in Real Estate or Strata (preferred)
* COR / Strata Certificate qualification
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Ability to work independently and follow instructions
* Willingness to learn and support the broader strata team
