About the role.....
Working closely with an experienced, dedicated and supportive team of lawyers and conveyancers you will enjoy being involved in a wide range of matters including; residential, off the plan, property development and commercial.
Some of your duties will include, but not limited to: manage residential sales and purchaser files from start to finish prepare and manage subdivisions arrange settlements via PEXA and complete Duties Online forms draft correspondence, letters, contracts and statements liaise with clients and other parties complete contract reviews associated administration tasks including opening and preparing new files, conducting searches and preparing bills Skills and experience we'd love.... a minimum of 2 years' experience as a Conveyancing Clerk excellent time management skills sound knowledge of PEXA excellent inter-personal skills with a strong client service focus strong attention to detail a positive and pro-active team attitude If you're keen to consolidate your career and become an integral member of a friendly and collaborative team as well as enjoy ongoing training and professional development opportunities, apply now!
