The ECT Coordinator is a clinical role responsible for the safe, efficient, and person-centred coordination of Electroconvulsive Therapy services within a mental health inpatient setting. The role ensures compliance with NSW Health's ECT standards, facilitates multidisciplinary collaboration, and supports patients throughout the ECT treatment journey—from pre-assessment to post-procedure recovery.
