The Role As our Brand Content Producer, you'll be responsible for creating high-quality photographic and multimedia assets, that bring our brand and stories to life. From photography and video production, to managing our Digital Asset Management system (DAM), you'll help us deliver impactful content that supports our 2030 strategy and builds trust with our staff, customers, and stakeholders. Your key responsibilities Photography and videography - Capture high-quality images and videos, and edit content to maintain brand consistency. Work with external agency partners to plan, coordinate, and execute photo and video shoots. Attend work sites and events to capture content. Multimedia production and management - Oversee production from concept to final delivery, collaborate with external agencies, and ensure content aligns with brand and technical standards. Digital Asset Management (DAM) - Organise, tag, and ensure easy accessibility of digital assets, adhere to and build on established metadata standards, and support team members in utilising the DAM system. Stakeholder collaboration and administration - Collaborate with various teams to support content production, build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, and manage vendor relationships, including invoicing and budget tracking. What we're looking for Advanced skills in capturing professional visual content. Demonstrated experience scripting and Storyboarding Expert in photo and video editing using industry-standard tools Experienced in organising and maintaining media libraries Proficient in creating basic animations and multimedia content Skilled in managing content projects from concept to delivery Effective in coordinating with teams and external partners.
