Your Role
As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you'll be a pivotal force in solving the HR community's hiring challenges in Adelaide. You'll cultivate vital relationships with influential HR professionals (both candidates and clients), proactively expanding a thriving client base to drive our South Australia business's growth. Some key objectives of this role include:
* Build solid relationships with the HR community with a focus on advisory and solution provision. A true 360 recruitment consultant.
* Support our existing requirements of both temp and perm on a busy desk.
* Maintain and build a strong pipeline of HR candidates, supporting their application journey through to employment.
* Play the role of a trusted partner and advisor to our clients as a subject-matter expert in the recruitment of HR practitioners as a domain specialist.
* Be ambitious, driven and results-oriented and use these competencies to achieve your goals.
* Be organized and create a good balance between client management, recruitment and administrative work with a focus on achieving your work objectives.
