Operational Leadership Role
We are seeking a strategic leader to oversee daily club operations, including bar, gaming, kitchen, entertainment, and facility maintenance.
* Ensure compliance requirements are met and an exceptional experience is delivered to members and guests.
Main Responsibilities
* Implement strategic initiatives and lead day-to-day club operations, ensuring service excellence across all departments.
* Supervise and mentor shift leaders and department supervisors, promoting a positive workplace culture aligned with compliance and Fair Work regulations.
* Take charge in the absence of senior management, ensuring continuity and operational coverage.
* Manage customer service, including complaint resolution, and nurture member satisfaction, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
* Monitor and implement OH&S compliance, incident reporting, and workplace health standards, ensuring a safe working environment.
* Oversee financial operations, drive performance, and support strategic planning, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions.
* Promote staff recruitment, rostering, induction, training, and performance reviews, driving employee engagement and retention.
* Assist in planning and delivering marketing, promotional activities, and community engagement, enhancing brand reputation and loyalty.
* Ensure all activities comply with Club policies, licensing, and regulatory requirements, maintaining a strong reputation for operational excellence.
Key skills and qualifications include:
* Proven expertise in operational leadership, financial administration, and compliance.
* Strong background in club, hospitality, or similar environments, with experience in managing diverse teams and projects.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders, including members, staff, and external partners.
* A bachelor's degree in business, hospitality, or a related field, or equivalent experience and qualifications.
* Certification in OH&S and compliance, or willingness to obtain.
* Familiarity with Fair Work regulations and industry standards.
