Casual Barista / All-Rounder (Full-Time Hours)

At Audrey Coffee, we do things a little differently. We don’t just hire baristas — we build hospitality professionals.
We’re looking for a casual barista/all-rounder who is keen to work full-time hours and is genuinely interested in growing into a leadership role as our business continues to expand.
This role is ideal for someone who sees hospitality as a career, not just a job — someone motivated to learn, take responsibility, and be part of a high-functioning, supportive team.
About the Role
This position goes beyond making great coffee (though that’s a given). You’ll be involved in the full operation of the café, with an emphasis on:
* Exceptional customer service
* Fast, efficient workflow
* Team support and communication
* Consistency, standards, and attention to detail
You’ll rotate through all areas of the café — machine, floor, and till — and be supported with structured training to help you grow into senior and leadership responsibilities over time.
What We’re Looking For
* A genuine passion for customer service and quality coffee
* A positive, enthusiastic, and reliable attitude
* Interest in developing leadership and people-management skills
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, systems-driven environment
* Willingness to follow procedures and contribute to a strong team culture
* Availability to work weekends and peak service periods
Previous barista experience is preferred, but we’re just as interested in mindset, work ethic, and long-term potential.
