The Role
We're seeking a Finance Manager to join the team and take ownership of key financial operations. This role will lead reporting, month-end processes, financial analysis, and contribute to ongoing system and process improvements. You\'ll work closely with the Head of Finance and support strategic decision-making across the business. This is a 5 day a week in the office role based in Randwick.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage month-end close and journal processes
- Prepare and review financial reports and statements
- Provide insights through KPI and variance analysis
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and cashflow planning
- Maintain and enhance internal controls and compliance
- Assist with ERP implementation and finance process improvements
- Oversee day-to-day finance operations (AP, payroll, GL)
- Coordinate audit and compliance activities
Your Profile
- Degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA/CA/ACCA qualified or in progress
- Strong accounting and reporting experience
- Familiarity with ERP systems (implementation experience a plus)
- Skilled in Excel and financial modelling
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and a strong communicator
- Organised and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
