Marketing Manager
Location: Sydney | Full-time
This is a senior marketing role focused on driving customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth for a premium omnichannel retail brand. You’ll own the end-to-end marketing strategy, leading campaigns, performance marketing, content, and community initiatives that build brand equity and deliver commercial results.
Working closely with eCommerce, retail, creative, and external partners, you’ll ensure marketing activity is strategically aligned, insight-led, and executed to a high standard across all customer touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and evolve the marketing strategy aligned to business and growth objectives
* Own the marketing calendar, overseeing integrated campaigns, product launches, and key trading moments
* Drive performance marketing, email marketing, and customer acquisition strategies
* Develop compelling brand storytelling across digital, social, email, website, and in-store channels
* Build brand awareness through PR, partnerships, events, and community initiatives
* Use customer data and insights to optimise targeting, messaging, and performance
* Manage marketing budgets, reporting, and ROI
* Partner with internal creative teams and agencies to deliver high-quality brand assets
* Lead, mentor, and develop a small marketing team
* Collaborate cross-functionally with eCommerce, retail, and wholesale teams
About You
* 3+ years’ experience in marketing within fashion, jewellery, or premium consumer brands
* Strong experience across campaigns, email marketing, PR, and partnerships
* Proven ability to use customer data and segmentation to drive performance
* Experience in omnichannel retail environments
* High proficiency with email platforms (e.g. Klaviyo) and Google Suite
* Strong commercial mindset with excellent reporting and communication skills
* Strategic yet hands-on, with a strong eye for brand and detail
* Comfortable working in a fast-growing, evolving business
