Overview: We are seeking dynamic individuals to join our team as Christmas Casuals at a brand new adidas store in Fountain Gate, Victoria. As part of our expansion in Australia, you will be working in a fast-paced environment with opportunities to grow your career and make a real impact on the sport industry.
Key Responsibilities:
* Be aware of store sales and KPI targets, take ownership over them and use all available store resources to meet or exceed them
* Execute the Brand Customer Service standards to meet or exceed customers' expectations
* Maintain established Visual Merchandising and In-Store Communication standards
* Process merchandise deliveries quickly and effectively, and replenish merchandising fixtures to ensure the store's entire product offer is represented on the sales floor
* Represent the adidas brand/company values and products in an inspiring and impactful way
Requirements:
To be successful in your application, you will have a strong retail sales or customer service background with a proven track record of success. You will be motivated, energetic, passionate about achievement and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Working Hours:
Availability to work retail hours across weekdays and weekends is required. Please include your availability in the application.
