About the Role
This Clinical Nurse position is a key role in our Cancer Services team, providing specialist cancer care services to Wheatbelt patients. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and standard of practice within the team and maintaining accurate records and reporting on patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
* Developing and implementing quality improvement programs to enhance patient care
* Liaising with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless delivery of cancer services
* Providing education and training to staff on cancer care best practices
* Conducting audits and evaluating program effectiveness
Requirements
1. Demonstrated expertise in cancer nursing, with experience in both hospital and community settings
2. Excellent leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders
