As our
Recruitment Coordinator
, you will play a pivotal role in engaging skilled talent with great opportunities across the business. Reporting to the National HR Manager, you'll work alongside a knowledgeable and supportive team, that values collaboration and focused on achieving great results together.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys building genuine connections and takes pride in delivering a great experience for both candidates and hiring teams.
Key responsibilities
Manage full end to end recruitment (blue and white collar): identifying, advertising, shortlisting, scheduling job interviews, reference checks, salary negotiations, pre-employment medicals, offers, and onboarding
Partner with managers to understand staffing requirements and specific job objectives
Advertise roles on job boards and social media and liaise with recruitment agencies
Attract and secure top talent using diverse advertising platforms and creative sourcing methods and stay up to date with current recruiting methods
Deliver a great candidate experience with timely communication and smooth recruitment processes
Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Liaise with external recruitment partners to ensure alignment with hiring needs and manage agency relationships effectively
Attend job fairs and career events as required to promote our brand and opportunities
Contribute to HR functions and initiatives
What are we looking for?
Proven experience as a Recruitment Coordinator
Confident managing multiple vacancies, priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Able to work independently but still be a team player
Professional in presentation with a proactive, can do attitude
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
High standards of integrity and attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with computer based systems
