About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Sales Coordinator to join our sales team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the sales team and service department.
Responsibilities:
* Support the sales team with administrative tasks and maintain up-to-date records.
* Assist with maintaining and updating the CRM database.
* Work closely with the workshop to achieve accurate delivery schedules and forecasts.
* Process invoices, quotes, and tenders efficiently.
* Review business options with the sales manager to ensure accuracy.
* Provide ConSite service agreement information to customers.
* Organize events, attend demos, and workshops, as well as sales meetings.
* Demonstrate safety procedures and work with a sense of urgency.
* Hold a current driver's license.
* Be computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Excel and databases.
* Have a keen attention to detail.
