Procurement Coordinator
We are seeking a commercially driven procurement professional to join our Pacific operations.
* Support management of commercial relationships with a broad subcontractor network across Australia and New Zealand.
* Oversee sourcing, rate negotiations, onboarding, compliance, and performance tracking.
* Lead/contribute to tendering and procurement activity for ground and rail transport services.
* Act as a central point of contact for commercial negotiations and contract execution.
* Partner with Operations, Finance, Legal and Procurement colleagues across the region.
* Support the development and implementation of strategic sourcing initiatives.
* Monitor supplier performance and implement improvement strategies to optimize value and mitigate risk.
About You
* A background in procurement, preferably in ground or rail transport.
* Strong commercial and stakeholder management skills.
* Experience in procurement, sourcing, or supplier management.
* Knowledge of transport or logistics operations and industry dynamics.
* Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills with a pragmatic solutions-focused approach.
* CIPS/MCIPS or tertiary qualification in Supply Chain, Business or a related field (desirable).
* A willingness to work flexibly, including outside of standard business hours, to meet business or customer requirements.
