We're on the lookout for a General Accountant/Administrator ready to step into a role that offers stability, variety and the chance to work closely with Directors in a well-regarded Inner North office.
This is a hands-on role where your financial and administrative expertise will be highly valued. You'll oversee daily operations, manage accounts and support the processing of property sales, all while being the go-to person ensuring everything runs smoothly.
Salary up to $80,000 + Super (depending on experience) pro rata
THE ROLE
- Process and manage invoices, including payments
- Liaise with external accountants and bookkeepers
- Oversee daily office operations and administration
- Assist with processing of residential property sales
- Work directly with two Directors
ABOUT YOU
- 5+ years' experience in trust accounting/administration
- Certificate IV in Real Estate/ Agents Representative Certificate (VIC)
- Proficient in MYOB, Xero, and Excel (essential)
- Experience with Property Tree and/or RP Office (advantage)
- Strong attention to detail and organisation skills
- Professional, reliable and confident working independently
