Architecture Repository & Coaching: Populate and maintain the architecture repository, lead by example in business-to-application modelling, and coach architects in using meta-modelling frameworks.
Risk Management & Innovation: Proactively identify and mitigate architectural risks and technical debt, while also scouting for new technologies and fostering innovation across domains.
Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement: Provide thought leadership, promote the architecture service offerings, and collaborate with leadership to drive scalable, flexible, and business-aligned architecture practices.
Who are you?
5+ years of direct EA experience within a 15+ year career, with a proven track record in leading tech strategy, architecture blueprints, and roadmaps.
Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale architecture initiatives from ideation to delivery and influence across both business and technical domains.
Strong relationship-building skills with technical and business stakeholders at all levels, supported by exemplary written and verbal communication.
