Your Role
We are looking for a dynamic and visionary Community and Partnerships Manager to lead and enhance our marketing initiatives at DuluxGroup for a 12-month fixed-term parental leave cover.
This newly created role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment and is passionate about telling powerful brand stories.
You will manage our in-house content team, media team, and partnerships and community management efforts to create impactful campaigns that resonate with local communities.
You will play a key role in shaping the brand's presence by supporting initiatives like donating paint to grassroots organizations and working closely with key partners such as the North Melbourne Football Club and supporting Surf Life Saving Australia Clubs nationally.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and inspire the in-house content and media teams to develop integrated marketing campaigns that effectively tell our brand stories.
* Drive brand awareness and loyalty through creative, community-driven projects that amplify DuluxGroup's impact in local areas.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with key community partners, ensuring long-term success of joint initiatives.
* Take a proactive, entrepreneurial approach to uncover new marketing opportunities and build relationships that benefit both the brand and the community.
