Agile Project Management (APM) is seeking Expressions of Interest from experienced Senior Project Managers and Project Managers for upcoming opportunities on a major rail and infrastructure program commencing mid‐2026. These roles will support design, pre‐construction and delivery activities across multiple work fronts, including brownfield and greenfield rail packages. Work will be based in Brisbane during early phases (2026–2027) and transition to the Sunshine Coast from mid‐2027.
About the Roles
We are building a talent pool of professionals with strong delivery capability, excellent stakeholder engagement skills and experience working in complex, multidisciplinary environments.
* 10+ years' experience delivering major infrastructure projects (>$500m)
* Proven leadership of multidisciplinary project teams
* Strong understanding of rail operational requirements, standards and safety
* Experience with collaborative delivery models (Alliance, ITC, D&C or similar)
* Ability to lead design reviews, manage interfaces and drive program outcomes
* 5+ years' experience delivering major infrastructure projects (>$500m)
* Strong project management capability across design, pre‐construction and delivery
* Experience coordinating with contractors, engineers, and technical specialists
* Ability to manage risks, reporting, stakeholder engagement and interface issues
Core Responsibilities (Both Roles)
* Support package leadership across design, pre‐construction and delivery
* Review design documentation and contractor management plans
* Attend site inspections and coordinate hold/witness points
* Prepare material for integration, safety, quality and technical forums
* Support governance, reporting and commercial processes
* Contribute to a collaborative, high‐performance team culture
Mandatory Requirements
* Rail Industry Worker (RIW) or ability to obtain within 2 months
* Construction White Card
* Relevant tertiary qualifications (engineering, construction management or similar)
