Job Description:
We are seeking highly skilled professionals to join our Administration team as Administration Officers. As a casual bank Administration Officer, you will have the opportunity to fill available shifts across a number of our sites.
The role of Administration Officer is to provide administrative support and services that enable the smooth operation of our organisation. You will be working in varied work settings such as wards, hospital reception, community health reception, medical records, and other departmental administration areas.
You will be responsible for providing high-quality administrative services including data entry, document management, and communication with staff and clients.

* Proven experience in an administrative role
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment
* Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
* Australian citizenship or permanent residency
