Job Title: Senior Digital Trade Manager
Description
This role involves driving online sales, optimising digital content, and leading a high-performing team in a fast-paced retail environment.
The successful candidate will work with the Head of E-commerce to define and execute trade marketing strategies and plans to achieve sales targets and market share growth, leveraging insights and data-driven analyses to drive sustainable and profitable growth for the business.
The job requires collaboration with cross-functional teams including Planning Directors, Planning Managers, Category Management, Marketing, Product and Tech teams on a daily basis.
* Main Responsibilities:
* Website and App Content Management: Ensure the website and app are merchandised optimally with relevant content to drive user engagement and conversion.
* Marketing and Promotion: Develop and execute digital marketing strategies for app and web, supporting GTM (Go-To-Market) plans and ensuring a seamless customer journey both online and offline.
* Data Analysis and Reporting: Review and report on user engagement, providing insights for continuous improvement. Summarise onsite and app activities/user behaviour to inform sales, profit, and other business objectives.
* Trade: Analyse and present key eCommerce metrics to inform merchandising decisions and increase sales.
* Tech/Product: Identify and resolve issues related to merchandising and promotions. Optimise customer experience on app and web, supporting implementation of improvements.
* CRM/Retention: Implement A/B testing and conversion rate optimisation strategies.
* Campaign Implementation: Plan and execute activities from the marketing calendar, working closely with cross-functional teams.
* Marketing: Implement marketing activities with a customer-centric approach to ensure best-in-class customer experience.

* Highly driven, passionate about online retail, and eager to learn
* Tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce, Digital Marketing, or equivalent
* 4–5 years' relevant experience in Retail or eCommerce (desirable)
