We’re looking for a passionate and driven Store Manager to lead our team at our Chermside Super store!

Key Responsibilities
* Lead daily store operations to consistently meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
* Foster a high-performance culture through team motivation, training and mentoring
* Monitor store performance metrics and identify areas for improvement
* Oversee stock levels, store presentation and visual merchandising to brand standards
* Manage rostering and control wage costs efficiently
* Ensure compliance with health and safety protocols
* Support succession planning and team development to grow future leaders
Skills & Experience
* Proven experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager in a high‑volume retail environment
* Strong leadership qualities with a results‑focused and proactive mindset
* Excellent communication and team development skills
* Demonstrated ability to drive sales and manage store performance
* Experience with stock management, operations and visual merchandising
* Passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience
