Job Description
**The Role**
As Retail and Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing our state-based digital appeals program, retail marketing and volunteer and member recruitment with the aim of increasing income.
You will be required to acquire, retain and reactive donors to increase life-time-value and provide a highly engaging online experience which links to the overall offline journey.
You will be responsible to acquire new retail customers, increase loyalty and sales, acquire and retain volunteers and provide a highly engaging online and offline customer experience. A key focus will be leading the development and execution of integrated end-to-end retail marketing campaigns that support organisations growth targets, brand awareness and business objectives.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Support to develop and deliver the retail project and marketing operating plans to meet specific key performance indicators to acquire new customers, increase loyalty and sales within budget
- Develop and deliver the digital appeals project and marketing operating plans to meet specific key performance indicators to acquire new donors, increase loyalty and income within budget.
- Develop and deliver volunteer and member recruitment marketing operating plans to meet specific key performance indicators within budget.
- Assist and provide support in developing and delivering the FMC strategic plan.
- Liaise with key stakeholders to develop operational plans, including financial and non-financial reporting to achieve key performance indicators.
- Conduct market research, including surveys to explore identify key target audiences and to inform strategy and tactics.
- Lead in the development of systems and processes including retail marketing aspects of the CRM, data analysis to drive sales and campaign management tools.
- Manage key internal and external stakeholder relationships and escalate issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring effective and prompt results.
- Ensure all marketing and communications across the Society's internal and external channels are presented to a high standard, delivered on time and on message in line with the Society's brand guidelines
- Generate regular reports and analysis on the performance of the Society's digital channels and marketing campaigns including the effectiveness of campaigns and specific initiatives.
- Participate in continuous improvement programs within operations to ensure that processes and procedures are continually challenged and improved.
- Deal with complex business processes and simplify where appropriate.
- Contribute to a culture of safety, operational excellence and continuous improvement throughout operations, with demonstrated year on year improvements in all areas.
- Undertake other duties, which are assigned from time to time by your Manager.
- May be required to work flexible hours to meet set deadlines and objectives. Out of hours, weekend work and/or interstate travel may be required.
