The Position (but not limited to)
* Manage a clean portfolio all local to the office / area
* Support from a shared assistant
* Conduct leasing, routine, and final bond inspections
* Handle maintenance, document preparation, arrears, and client liaison
* No trust account management
* PCRs outsourced
* No Business Development Manager role unless desired
Skills and Experience
* This position is suitable for Assistant Property Managers ready to manage their own portfolio or administrators with real estate experience
* Previous experience in property / portfolio management
* Real Estate Sales Registration & valid driver's license
* Motivated team player who enjoys a social, friendly office environment
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to build and maintain client relationships
