Job Overview

You will be accountable for:

* Leading by example and demonstrating a positive 'can do' attitude
* Motivating and empowering team members to achieve their full potential
* Coaching, training, and performance managing team members
* Communicating effectively with management, team members, customers, and external stakeholders
* Fostering a culture of excellence, respect, and inclusivity
* Developing and implementing effective strategies to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty
* Monitoring and controlling costs, improving efficiency, and enhancing productivity


Key Responsibilities

* Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, resolve customer complaints, and promote a positive shopping experience
* Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and develop team members, promote a culture of excellence, and foster teamwork
* Operational Management: Manage store operations, monitor inventory levels, and control costs
* Communication: Communicate effectively with management, team members, customers, and external stakeholders


Requirements

* Leadership and Motivation: Proven leadership skills, ability to motivate and empower team members
* Customer Service: Excellent customer service skills, ability to resolve customer complaints
* Communication: Effective communication skills, ability to communicate complex information clearly
* Operational Management: Ability to manage store operations, monitor inventory levels, and control costs
* Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines
* Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing situations, priorities, and deadlines
