Our client is a leading Australian owner and operated business specializing in supplying high-quality valves and parts to a range of industries including manufacturing, mining and more. We are currently seeking an experienced Internal Salesperson to join their team.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
- Advise clients on the most appropriate parts for their needs and provide quotes.
- Process orders and coordinate delivery and logistics.
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction with products and services.
- Assist in the development of marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and new products.
**Requirements**:
- Proven track record in sales and customer service.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with CRM systems such as SAP and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of parts and/or mechanical engineering is a plus.
