As Senior Store Manager, you'll oversee a large-format store with a 26-member team, including two Assistant Store Managers and a dedicated Stock Lead reporting directly to you. This is a high-profile role, ideal for an experienced retail leader ready to take ownership of a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This is a Full-Time position, requiring availability for weekends, late-night trading hours, and public holidays. What You’ll Bring Proven retail management experience, ideally in a high-turnover, large-format store. Strong leadership capability with experience managing and developing large teams.
