Style & Stage is a leading property styling company in Western Australia, and we're proud of our friendly, family-style team culture. We're looking for a reliable Casual Property Styling Assistant to join our team, based out of Cockburn and working across Perth metro.
If you love interiors, work well in a fast-paced environment, and you're not afraid of hands-on work, we'd love to hear from you. Experience is preferred, but we're happy to train the right person with a great attitude and strong work ethic.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Work within timelines to help deliver customised home-styling installations
* Drive our company van to and from jobs (Cockburn base + metro sites)
* Select, prepare and pack furniture and accessories for dispatch and installations
* Hands-on packing/unpacking at styled properties (installs and bump outs)
* Carry and move furniture and décor items safely in and out of homes (including stairs when required)
* Maintain presentation standards: cleaning, checking and storing stock in the warehouse
* Communicate clearly with the Senior Stylist, Styling Assistants and Logistics team to keep jobs running smoothly
* Assist with warehouse packing days (pulling homewares and styling items for upcoming jobs)
* Represent our company values and contribute to a positive team culture
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BRING
* Full Australian driver's licence and confidence driving a van (essential)
* Valid Australian work rights
* Experience in property styling is preferred, but we will consider applicants from removals/furniture handling, warehousing/dispatch, retail visual merchandising, or interiors
* Strong attention to detail and pride in presentation
* A positive can-do attitude, reliability and punctuality
* Ability to prioritise, problem-solve and work under pressure in a dynamic environment
* Comfortable with physical work (lifting/carrying furniture, stairs, being on your feet)
HOURS & LOCATION
* Casual shifts, based out of Cockburn
* Typical starts 8:00–9:00am (shift length varies depending on installs)
* Work across Perth metro (some early finishes, some longer days depending on schedule)
