What you will do as the Business Analyst (APS4)
* Assist in eliciting and documenting business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria under the guidance of the Lead Business Analyst.
* Support the analysis of business processes and workflows to inform solution design and product development.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date project and product documentation, including process maps, requirement specifications, and user guides.
* Collaborate with product owners, developers, testers, and other stakeholders to ensure requirements are clearly understood and correctly implemented.
In addition to the above, the Business Analyst (APS5) will
* Mentor and support Business Analysts (APS4) and assist in identifying issues or gaps during delivery and escalating appropriately to the Lead Business Analyst.
About you

In order to succeed as the Business Analyst (APS4), you will have:

* Experience gathering, documenting, and analysing business requirements under guidance from senior team members.
* Ability to use recognised tools and techniques to support process mapping, requirements gathering, and solution design.
* Strong attention to detail and analytical skills, with the ability to contribute to effective decision-making.
* Understanding of system development, implementation, and testing processes.
* Well-developed written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare clear documentation.
* Ability to build positive working relationships and collaborate with stakeholders across business and technical areas.
In addition to the above, the Business Analyst (APS5) role also requires:
* Ability to mentor Business Analysts (APS4) and encourage cooperation in a changing environment.
* Ability to manage competing priorities and adjust work as required.
