Early Childhood Educator Position
The role of an early childhood educator is to create a nurturing environment that fosters the growth and development of young children.
Responsibilities:
* Contribute to the development and implementation of programs based on the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
* Collaborate with other educators to provide high-quality care and education for children
* Engage in ongoing professional development to improve skills and knowledge
* Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
* Assist in maintaining a safe and healthy environment
Key Qualifications:
* Diploma in Early Childhood Education or working towards it
* Experience working with 3–5 age groups
* Knowledge of the National Quality Framework and EYLF
