Job Opportunity: Coach Captain
About Greyhound Australia:
We are seeking passionate and experienced drivers to join our team as Casual Coach Captains. Your key responsibilities will include ensuring the safety of all passengers by adhering to and demonstrating safe work and driving practices, understanding of and complying with road rules, operational processes, and performing administrative duties when required.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Ensuring the safety of all passengers;
2. Understanding and complying with road rules and operational procedures;
3. Performing administrative tasks such as pre-start documentation, log books, fault sheets, and journey records;
4. Demonstrating correct manual handling of luggage and freight;
5. Managing fatigue through effective Basic Fatigue Management (BFM);

Required Skills and Qualifications:
* A current HR driver license;
* A current Drivers Authority / Endorsement;
* Demonstrable coach driving experience;
* An outstanding safety focus, including a commitment to your own fitness for duty;
* Excellent customer service skills;
* Time management skills;
* Mechanical knowledge is desirable;
