You will be working alongside a dynamic and social group that includes OT’s, Speechies, Physios, EP’s, Psychologists, and Behaviour Support Practitioners. We love getting together at our Jandakot community hub as well as local cafes to support participants, support each other, and socialise. Our engaging and passionate Regional Manager, Hannah Dawson, is a Physio herself, so she understands what it’s like to be in your shoes! You’ll often see her pooch, Rosie, in the office (because all offices need a mascot)!More on the role:Our clinicians are strong advocates for our participants, ensuring they receive the support they need, exactly when they need it. As part of our team, you will:Assess participants' emotional, psychological, cognitive, developmental, and physical functioning, as well as their capacity to perform ADLs and IADLsAnalyze assessment findings to develop tailored treatment goalsParticipate in ongoing professional development and receive formal 1:1 supervisionEngage in group supervision and disability-specific workshopsCollaborate with our multidisciplinary team of Speech Pathologists, Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists, Psychologists, and Behaviour Support PractitionersAs you make a difference in the lives of many, we’re here to support you!
