Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced truck driver to join our team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for multi-drop deliveries across the Sydney metropolitan area, using their skills and experience to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operating Heavy Rigid (HR) and Heavy-Combination (HC) trucks for multi-drop deliveries
- Loading/unloading goods from trailers using electric pallet jacks
- Conducting pre-start inspections of vehicles to ensure roadworthiness
- Complying with Work Health and Safety (WHS) procedures, Chain of Responsibility (CoR), Fatigue Management, Road Regulations, etc.
Skill Requirements:
- Valid HR & HC Truck Driver's Licence in NSW
- At least 1 year's experience as a heavy vehicle operator in Australia
Required Skills:
* Australian Licence
Duties may include working under pressure/tight timeframes, good customer service ; performing pre start vehicle checks. Available drivers must also adhere to WHS & operational procedures relating CoR, Fatigue management & Road regulations
