They are seeking a Management Accountant who can partner closely with operations, add rigour to financial processes, and play a key role in driving commercial outcomes.
About the role:
In this hands-on and business-facing role, you will be responsible for delivering accurate, timely analysis that supports production, supply chain, and senior leadership teams. You'll work end-to-end across budgeting, forecasting, and operational reporting-ensuring the numbers tell the real story behind performance.Prepare monthly management reports, financial analysis, and variance commentaryPartner with manufacturing operations to understand cost drivers and improve site performanceLead budgeting and forecasting cycles across multiple production linesMaintain and improve standard costing models and product cost analysisSupport inventory accounting, including stock reconciliations and cost reviewsAssist with CAPEX evaluation, business cases, and continuous improvement initiativesEnhance financial processes, controls, and reporting tools
About You:4+ years of experience in management accounting or commercial financeDegree-qualified in Accounting or Finance; CA/CPA highly regardedPrior experience in manufacturing, FMCG, industrial, or similar cost-focused environmentsStrong analytical skills with a solid understanding of standard costing and operational performance metricsConfident communicator with the ability to partner across operations and influence decision makersProactive, detail-oriented, and curious - someone who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
