What you\'ll be doing
* Preparing surfaces for painting by washing, sanding, and priming as required
* Applying paint, stains, and other finishes to interior and exterior surfaces using brushes, rollers, and sprayers
* Ensuring a neat and tidy work environment by protecting surfaces and cleaning up after each job
* Providing exceptional customer service and addressing any client concerns or questions
* Collaborating with the team to complete projects efficiently and to the highest standards
* Maintaining and caring for all painting equipment and tools
What we\'re looking for
* Experience as a Painter, preferably in the trades & services industry
* Minimum of 3-5 years of painting experience required
* Strong knowledge of painting techniques, materials, and equipment
* Ability to read and interpret job specifications, plans, and sketches
* Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
* Good communication and customer service skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Physical fitness and stamina to perform the physical demands of the role
* Commercial painting experience preferred
