Our Client looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Accounts Payable role They are multi, major franchised new and used vehicle group with a centralized administration office situated in the Bowen Hills / Albion region.

**What's involved in this Accounts role?**
- process and allocate payments
- Manage the companies Debtor Accounts - watch all outstanding aged balances
- Allocate payments ensuring correct reference details
- Work with the account holder to clear up any monies due in a timely manner
- Process Applications for Account
- Accounts Payable - processing, reconciling statements, pay accounts as approved withing the terms
- Balance and Reconciliations as required
- Account queries
- Supply and request Trade References as required
- End of Year - assist as required
**Competencies Required**:
- Prior motor dealership experience is required
- Attention to detail - essential
- Reliable, good work ethics, team player
The computer system at use at this dealership is Pentana and both positions will report to the Financial Controller.
