Job Title: Personal Carer
We are seeking a dedicated Personal Carer to support seniors in their daily activities with dignity and respect. This is an opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our residents, promoting their independence while collaborating with healthcare teams to provide holistic care.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support seniors in daily activities, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
* Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide comprehensive care, addressing the physical, emotional, and social needs of our residents.
* Assist with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
* Encourage residents to maintain their independence by supporting them in daily living activities, such as eating, dressing, and using the bathroom.
* Document resident care plans, progress, and any changes or concerns.
Required Qualifications:
* Certificate III in Individual Support (CHC30213)
* Current First Aid certification
* Ability to undergo a background check
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Empathy and understanding for the needs of older adults
