This role offers the opportunity to work in high-performing Agile squads, influencing the design and delivery of solutions from ideation through to release.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Partner with credit risk, technology and product teams to translate business needs into actionable user stories and solution designs
- Map and optimise credit risk processes, from application and assessment through to monitoring and reporting
- Define platform functionality, data flows and integration points with upstream/downstream systems
- Support legacy system migration and platform modernisation initiatives
- Facilitate workshops and manage requirements across multiple stakeholder groups
- Ensure solutions meet regulatory standards and align with enterprise architecture principles
- Contribute to Agile delivery ceremonies and foster a continuous improvement mindset across the team
To succeed in this critical role, you will offer:
- Demonstrated experience Business Analyst in financial services, within credit risk, lending, or risk technology projects
- Strong experience in platform implementation or modernisation
- Demonstrated Agile delivery capability (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
- Proven skills in process mapping, data analysis and stakeholder engagement
- Ability to work across business, product, and engineering teams in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of regulatory and compliance obligations in the credit risk domain
