* Publish weekly status. Keep a single source of truth.
* Manage cutover, go-live, hypercare, and handover to Support.
* Drive adoption with champions and role-based training.
* Secure sponsor sign-off and a reference quotes.

About you
* 5 to 8 years delivering SaaS or enterprise projects. EPC, mining, supply chain, WMS, or ERM is a plus.
* Minimum 5 years of experience delivering SaaS or enterprise projects is required.
* Strong preference for candidates with experience in EPC, mining, supply chain, WMS, or ERM sectors.
* Strong requirements gathering and analysis. Process and value mapping skills.
* Confident with executive stakeholders. Clear communicator.
* Solid governance. Calm under pressure.
* Hands-on with data migration, integrations, and UAT.
* Change and adoption mindset. Works well with customers, partners, and engineers.
Nice to have
* Logistics or materials management background.
* Managed 2 to 4 concurrent projects.
