About Our Role
Join a team that brings iconic Aussie brands - Birds Eye, Edgell, Leggo's and John West - to families every day. We're looking for a Sales Support Representative to support stores across Adelaide's western to south‑western suburbs, including areas such as Findon, Glenelg, and Morphettville.
This is a 12‑month fixed‑term part‑time position (24 hours/week), working across Tuesday to Thursday.
Reporting to the State Field Manager - Southern, you'll work closely with retail teams to ensure our products are well presented, stocked, and positioned for impact. If you enjoy building relationships and take pride in delivering great results, this could be the role for you.
What You'll Do
No two days are the same - you'll be out in the field managing your region, with tasks that include but aren't limited to:
* Review and implement store layouts to ensure Simplot products are well presented and easy to find
* Create and maintain attractive in‑store displays with attention to detail
* Build strong relationships with store managers and key decision‑makers
* Execute sales and field plans effectively across your territory
* Listen, plan, and deliver solutions that meet store needs and objectives
* Take pride in achieving territory goals and contributing to team success
About You
We're looking for someone who:
* Has experience in retail, merchandising, or FMCG sales support (experience with major grocery retailers is a bonus)
* Is organised, self‑driven, and confident planning and executing in‑store activities
* Brings a positive, energetic approach and builds lasting relationships with store teams
* Is comfortable with hands‑on, physical work in a store environment
* Has access to a reliable vehicle and holds a valid driver's licence
* Can use digital tools for reporting, planning, and communication
