: Program Manager – Telecom Transformation
Client facing transformation leader accountable for end to end delivery of large, complex ServiceNow and network transformation programs. Owns outcomes by translating strategic objectives into predictable, measurable results within high risk, high stakeholder environments.
Experience & Capability:
18+ years overall experience; 8–10+ years in large scale telecom transformation leadership
Proven delivery in Tier 1 telecom environments
Hands on leadership across OSS/BSS, network operations, field services, or service transformation
