Key Responsibilities
* Support the execution of energy and related commercial transactions, including drafting, reviewing and negotiating complex project and transaction document
* Conduct legal due diligence and assist with transaction structuring, applying sound legal analysis and commercial judgment.
* Manage multiple transactions concurrently, taking ownership of workstreams and ensuring accuracy, quality and timely deliver.
* Communicate clearly and professionally with internal teams, clients and counterparties throughout the transaction lifecycle.
* Contribute to business development activities by building client relationships, supporting growth initiatives and staying informed on market developments.
* Work collaboratively within teams, demonstrate initiative, and support the development of colleagues through knowledge sharing and mentoring.
* Demonstrate relevant post-qualification transactional legal experience in energy, projects, infrastructure, finance or a comparable practice area.
