Social Impact Manager Role
We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Social Impact Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for spearheading the development and implementation of social impact strategies across our construction business.
You will have a strong background in social value or corporate social responsibility (CSR), with excellent communication, networking, and relationship management skills. You will be able to engage effectively with various stakeholders and influence positive outcomes.
The role involves a mix of on-site visits and remote work, with flexible travel to sites and communities throughout southern England. While based in Western Australia, you must be willing to travel as needed.
Key responsibilities include:
* Developing and delivering social impact plans aligned with regional priorities.
* Liaising with customers to understand their social impact objectives.
* Proactively improving performance and promoting social impact to both internal and external stakeholders.
* Supporting the bid team in creating project-specific community plans.
* Monitoring project social impact performance, focusing on meeting company commitments.
* Organizing stakeholder visits and associated programs.
* Collaborating with live sites and supply chain partners to ensure social obligations are met.
* Attending community engagement events.
* Coordinating communications, PR, and media relations initiatives targeting key audiences.
* Analyzing data to assess performance against targets.
* Crafting socially oriented project case studies.
* Ensuring a lasting positive legacy within the communities we serve.
