We're partnering with a well-established, purpose‐driven organisation to recruit an Accounts Receivable Officer for an immediate start contract, with the potential to transition to a permanent role.
This is a hands‐on opportunity for a detail‐oriented, self‐driven AR professional who enjoys taking ownership, working through end‐to‐end billing processes, and adding value from day one.
About the role
* End‐to‐end accounts receivable and billing processes
* Fortnightly billing for retirement living and aged care clients
* Client and resident account management and enquiry resolution
* Accurate data entry, receipting, and reconciliation
* Working within an ERP and corporate information management system
About you
* Proven experience in accounts receivable or revenue billing roles
* Strong attention to detail with a high standard of accuracy
* Confident, proactive, and comfortable working autonomously
* Systems savvy and able to pick up new processes quickly
* A calm, can‐do approach with a willingness to learn and adapt
