We are seeking a highly motivated sales professional to assist our customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers;
* Promoting and expanding our trade loyalty program and accounts;
* Developing strong product knowledge to assist customers in selecting the right products;
* Achieving and exceeding personal sales targets through effective sales strategies and techniques;
* Supporting other team members to ensure business goals are met;
* Contributing to the overall presentation of the store through merchandising and general housekeeping;
* Engaging with local community and charitable organizations to promote our brand and values.
Key Qualifications and Skills:
* Previous retail experience is essential;
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to genuinely connect with customers;
* An energetic and enthusiastic approach to all aspects of your role;
* Competency in POS systems and Microsoft Office;
* The ability to multi-task and prioritise work effectively;
* A strong attention to detail.
