About The Role
Radio Industries Australia Pty.Ltd. is seeking an experienced Accounts Person to join our team on a contract basis in our Morisset, NSW office. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the accounts function, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting for the business.
What You'll Be Doing
* Processing accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing, payments and reconciliations
* Maintaining general ledger accounts and preparing month-end and year-end financial statements
* Assisting with the preparation of budgets, forecasts and other financial analysis
* Providing administrative support to the finance team as required
* Ensuring compliance with all relevant accounting standards and internal policies
What We're Looking For
* Relevant accounting or finance person with at least 3+ years of experience in an accounts role
* Strong numerical and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies
* Proficient in using accounting software such as Quickbooks, Reckon and/or Xero, using spreadsheets and other financial reporting tools
* Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work to deadlines
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels including our outside Accountants and our Management team
