Full-time or Part-time | Multiple Locations – South-East Melbourne
Better Health Network is growing, and we're looking for passionate Occupational Therapists to join our multidisciplinary Allied Health team. You'll support clients—primarily older adults with chronic and complex needs—to stay safe, independent and connected in the community.

Grade 1 – Build your career with exceptional support
Kickstart your OT journey with structured supervision and mentoring from 19 experienced clinical OTs (plus broader multidisciplinary support). Learn, grow and thrive with admin and AHA support so you can focus on developing your clinical confidence.
Grade 2 – Lead complex care and drive service innovation
Bring your established skills to manage complex cases, provide secondary consultation, and develop advanced practice expertise. You'll have opportunities to guide service enhancements and collaborate across disciplines.
About You
You're a client-centred OT who values teamwork, evidence-based practice and community health. You bring:
* AHPRA registration (or eligibility)
* Skills/knowledge in functional assessments, home mods, AT/equipment
* Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work with diverse and CALD communities
* Commitment to continuous learning and quality care
Grade 2 applicants will also have experience with complex clients and mentoring/leadership capability.
Your Day-to-Day
* Conduct OT assessments and develop client-centred care plans
* Complete home visits and recommend equipment/home modifications
* Submit applications to My Aged Care, CHSP, HACC PYP, Support at Home, SWEP and Geat2go
* Provide coaching and self-management education to clients and carers
* Work closely with Physios, Nurses, Podiatrists, AHAs and more
* Participate in supervision, case reviews and quality improvement
* Maintain accurate documentation and meet service KPI's
