Job Title: Primary Care Nurse
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team in providing high-quality patient care. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing management for patients in our care.
Key Responsibilities
* Perform comprehensive health assessments on patients received into custody
* Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to address complex patient cases and provide optimal care outcomes
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
* Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA)
* At least one full year of nursing experience
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
* Strong clinical skills and knowledge
