With a strong pipeline of work and long-standing partnerships with leading Australian and international developers, they are now seeking a Senior Estimator to join their Adelaide team.

The Role:
As a Senior Estimator, you'll take the lead on major tenders and contribute to strategic pricing, value engineering, and early contractor involvement. Working alongside a capable team, you'll have the autonomy to manage your work while enjoying the backing of strong systems and leadership.
You'll be involved in:
* End-to-end tendering for major industrial and commercial projects
* Detailed cost planning and first principles estimating
* Subcontractor liaison and tender analysis
* Collaborating with design, delivery, and client teams
* Mentoring junior estimators and contributing to process improvement

About You:
* Background in estimating industrial or commercial construction projects
* Able to confidently handle projects in the $10M–$80M+ range
* Strong subcontractor knowledge and market pricing awareness
* First principles estimating experience
* Positive, team-oriented mindset with a desire to grow long term
