SchemeWise is a professional service and rehabilitation business based in Queanbeyan, NSW. All our people work from home or an office location, travelling to our customers or providing teleservice appointments (as required). You will manage a caseload of customers across aged, disability and community sectors, with work hours that can include standard and outside business hours to accommodate your daily and family responsibilities. Regular supervision is a necessary part of working with us. Personal accountability for completing work on time to meet requirements and ensure quality outcomes is essential.
Job Description
SchemeWise is expanding its services and is looking for new team members. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with preferably 3+ years of overall work experience and an interest in neurological, spinal cord, aging conditions, and supporting people to achieve their occupational goals. Our clients are generally individuals aged 16 or older with lifelong or acquired conditions, or older persons. The role primarily involves working directly with customers and / or conducting assessments requested by third parties.
You will transition into this role over a short period, with a flexible start date offered.
This is a 12-month contract position, with the possibility of extension, to be determined. You will need to have or obtain an ABN to work with us.
SchemeWise values family responsibilities; therefore, this role may suit those with such commitments who prefer flexible hours. It can also serve as a stepping stone for those not yet ready to run their own business but eager to learn and develop toward that goal.
Applicants must have experience writing aged care, rehabilitation / injury, and / or NDIS reports. Prior experience with personal injury services is advantageous. We offer in-house learning resources and a dynamic remote team environment. We expect full participation in continuous quality improvement, contributing positively to business activities and service excellence.

Work Schedule Requirements
* Work from home, generally traveling to clients
* Set hours weekly for customer-facing activities, with flexible timing for report writing and other tasks, provided deadlines are met
* Attend the office for supervision, training, and team events as needed
* Minimum of 21 hours per week
* Three months probation period
Must Have
* Full AHPRA registration and OTA membership
* Relevant work clearances (NDIS, WWVP, WWCC, police check)
* Reliable car with full insurance and unencumbered driver's license
* Smartphone (Android 10+ or iOS 14+)
* Reliable broadband (minimum 12Mbps)
* Own professional liability and indemnity insurance or ability to obtain
* At least 3 years post-graduation work experience
* Two professional referees
* Australian citizenship (no visa support available)
