The Opportunity
We are looking for a dynamic and commercially-minded BDM to join the team in Sydney. This role will be responsible for building and managing key relationships across private banks, independent financial advisers (IFAs), asset consultants, and researchers throughout NSW.
This is a rare opportunity to represent a well-regarded, multi-affiliate investment offering a broad range of public and private market solutions — including access to specialist alternative managers not easily available elsewhere.
What You'll Do:
* Manage and grow relationships across private wealth channels, IFAs, asset consultants, and research houses in NSW
* Represent a curated portfolio of high-quality investment strategies across public and private markets
* Partner with internal investment and marketing teams to deliver targeted content and strategic support
* Build and maintain strong pipelines, delivering ongoing education and value to a sophisticated client base
* Act as a trusted advocate for both clients and managers within a fast-moving and competitive landscape
What We're Looking For:
* Strong experience in investment distribution, business development or key account management within financial services
* Demonstrated success engaging private banks, consultant groups, IFAs and research partners
* In-depth understanding of both public and alternative asset classes
* Ability to communicate investment ideas with credibility and commercial acumen
* Highly collaborative and proactive with a long-term relationship mindset
* RG146 preferred; passion for helping clients access differentiated, best-in-class investment solutions
